Creating Thank You Nurse Baskets
This is something that is completely optionally that you can do when preparing for the birth of your little babe. Your labor and delivery + postpartum nurses work so hard to take care of your every need while you’re in the hospital it’s nice to show them a little love and thanks. This is one of my favorite things to do before birth!
You can either choose to do small individual gifts for each of your nurses or you can create two baskets of goodies for your labor/delivery nurses and postpartum nurses. You can do color themed baskets, random goodies or make it whatever you want!
Here are some ideas of what you can put in your thank you gifts.
Chocolate
Gummy candy
Caffeine! Coffee, energy drinks, etc.
Sparkling water
Pens: flair pens are bomb, but any good pens!
Hair ties
Gum or mints
All the snacks! Popcorn, crackers, cookies, trail mix, granola bars, nuts, etc.
Hand sanitizer
Chapstick
